Hadith 1500
Narrated by Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was at the place of Zawraa when a vessel of water was brought to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) placed his hand in that vessel, then water began to gush forth from his fingers, and all the people performed ablution. Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked, "How many people were you?" He replied, "Three hundred or close to three hundred."

Hadith 1501
Narrated Abdullah (bin Mas'ud) (may Allah be pleased with him):
We used to consider miracles as blessings and favors from Allah, while you are afraid of them. We were on a journey with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when the water became scarce. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If anyone has any leftover water, bring it." So people brought a vessel in which there was a little water. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) put his hand in that vessel and then said: "Come, take the blessed water, and the blessing is from Allah." (Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him) says: I myself saw that water was gushing from the fingers of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and at that time, while eating, we used to hear the food glorifying Allah.

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "The Hour will not come until you fight with people who wear hairy shoes.... This lengthy hadith has already passed (see the Book: On Jihad and Military Expeditions... Chapter: The Mention of Fighting with the Turks), and at the end of this narration he says that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: '... And a time will come when any one of you will prefer to see me more than having all his family, wealth, and property.'"

Their faces will be like layered shields, and they will wear shoes made of hair."

Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard (from the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him), who was truthful and was made truthful, saying: "The destruction of my Ummah will be at the hands of a few young men from the Quraysh." So Marwan said, "A few young men?" (Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah said:) "If you wish, I can also mention their names: so-and-so, the son of so-and-so, and so-and-so, the son of so-and-so."

Hadith 1506
`Sayyiduna Hudhayfah bin Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) says:` People used to ask the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about good things, and I used to ask him about evils (which would occur after him) out of fear that I might fall into them. I said, "O Messenger of Allah! We were in ignorance and evil, then Allah brought us this goodness through you. Will there be evil after this goodness?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Yes." I said, "Will there be goodness after that evil?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Yes, but there will be smoke in it." I asked, "What is smoke?" He said, "There will be people who will not follow my way; some of their deeds will be good and some bad." I said, "Will there be evil after that goodness?" He said, "Yes! There will be people who will stand at the gates of Hell, calling towards it; whoever responds to their call, they will throw him into Hell." I said, "O Messenger of Allah! Describe them to us." He said, "They will be from our people (Muslims) outwardly, and will speak our language." I said, "If I live to see that time, what do you command me to do?" He said, "Stay with the group of Muslims and their rightful leader." I said, "What if there is no group or leader at that time?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then keep away from all those sects, even if you have to chew the root of a tree (due to hunger) until death overtakes you; this will be better for you than joining them."

Hadith 1507
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says: When I narrate to you any hadith from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then understand that for me, falling from the sky to the earth is easier than attributing a lie to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). And when I tell you things that happened between me and you, then (there is no harm in it because) fighting is the name of strategy and deception. I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "In the last era, some people will be born who will have small teeth, little intellect, and will be foolish." They will say things that are better than all the sayings of the world, but they will leave the religion of Islam just as an arrow leaves the bow (nothing of it remains attached). Faith will not go below their throats. Wherever you find these people, kill them. Whoever kills them will receive the reward for that killing on the Day of Resurrection."

Hadith 1508
Sayyiduna Khabbab bin Al-Aratt (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We complained to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about the persecution of the disbelievers. At that time, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was reclining on his cloak in the shade of the Ka'bah. We said, "Why do you not seek (Allah's) help for us? Why do you not pray for us?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among those before you, there were people for whom a pit would be dug in the ground, then they would be placed in it, and a saw would be brought and placed on their heads and they would be cut into two pieces, but even then they would not turn away from their true religion. And iron combs would be run over their bones and flesh, but even then they would not abandon their faith. By Allah, Allah will surely complete this religion, until a rider will travel from Sana'a to Hadramaut fearing none but Allah, or only fearing the wolf lest it should eat his sheep, but you are being impatient."

Hadith 1509
Narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) found Sayyiduna Thabit bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) missing (he was not present). A man said, "O Messenger of Allah! I will bring you news of him." He went and saw that Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) was sitting in his house with his head bowed (in grief). He asked, "What is the matter?" Thabit said, "It is bad; I used to raise my voice above the voice of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so all my deeds have been wasted and I am among the people of Hell." That man returned and informed the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he says such and such. (The narrator Musa bin Anas) says that then that man went again (to Thabit, may Allah be pleased with him) with this great good news that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him: "Go to him (Thabit) and say that you are not among the people of Hell, but rather among the people of Paradise."

Hadith 1510
Sayyiduna Bara’ bin ‘Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that a man recited Surah Al-Kahf, and there was a horse tied in his house which began to get restless. So he ended his prayer (because he was reciting during prayer) and saw that there was a cloud that had covered the whole house. He mentioned this to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), so he (peace be upon him) said: “O so-and-so! Continue reciting the Qur’an. This is tranquility which descended because of the recitation of the Qur’an.”

Hadith 1511
Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to visit a Bedouin who was ill, and it was the blessed habit of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that when he went to visit a sick person, he would say: "No worry, InshaAllah this illness will purify you from sins." So he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said the same to him: "No worry, InshaAllah this illness will purify you from sins." He said, "You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say there is no worry, but no, it is not so at all. Here the situation is that the fever is raging or overpowering an old man, and it will not leave him without taking him to the grave." So the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Alright, then it will be so."

Hadith 1512
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that a man was a Christian, then he became a Muslim and learned Surah Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran, and he used to write (revelation) for the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Then he became a Christian again and said, "What does Muhammad (peace be upon him) know except what I write for him?" Then Allah caused him to die, so the people buried him, but in the morning his body was lying on the ground. The (Christian) people said, "This is the work of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companions. When he left them and ran away, they came at night, dug up the grave, and threw our companion's body out." So they dug a very deep grave and buried him again. In the morning, they saw that the earth had thrown his body out again. They said, "This is the work of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companions. They dug up our companion's grave and threw him out because he left them and ran away." Then (for the third time) they dug an even deeper grave, as deep as they could, and buried him, but in the morning they saw again that the earth had thrown his body out. When they became certain that this was not the work of any human (but rather the wrath of Allah), they threw his body (in the open field) or left it as it was.

Hadith 1513
Narrated Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Do you have carpets?" I said, (we are poor people) how would we have carpets? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "But soon you will have (fine) carpets." Now, when I say to my wife, "Come, remove our carpet from here," she says, "Did not the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: 'Soon you will have carpets'?" So I remain silent.

Umayyah said, “Me?” Sayyiduna Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “Yes.” Umayyah said, “By Allah! Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) word is never false.” So Allah Almighty had him killed on the day of Badr. There is also an incident in this hadith, but the main content of the hadith is this.

Narrated from Sayyiduna Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) that Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) while Umm al-Mu'mineen Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) was present with him. He (Jibreel) began talking with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), then got up (and left). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), "(Do you know) who that was?" (or asked a similar question). She replied, "That was Dihyah Kalbi" (who was a companion of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him). Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said, "By Allah! I thought it was Dihyah until the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) addressed the people and referred to Jibreel (peace be upon him), and in the sermon he narrated those things which Jibreel (peace be upon him) had said to him."

Hadith 1516
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I saw (in a dream) that people were gathered in a field. Then Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) stood up and drew one or two buckets of water from a well, but with some weakness. May Allah forgive him. Then Umar (bin Khattab) took hold of the bucket, and as soon as it came into his hands, it became a large bucket. I have not seen such a strong champion doing work like him. He drew so much water that people watered their camels and took them to their resting places."
