Hadith 1463
Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said while standing on the pulpit: "Allah has forgiven the tribe of Ghifar, and Allah has saved the tribe of Aslam, and the tribe of 'Usayyah has disobeyed Allah and His Messenger."

Hadith 1464
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyiduna Aqra’ bin Habis (may Allah be pleased with him) said to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that those people have pledged allegiance to you who used to steal the belongings of the pilgrims, meaning the people of the tribes of Aslam, Ghifar, and Muzaynah, and I think he also said, "and the people of Juhaynah"—this doubt is from Ibn Abi Ya’qub, the narrator. So the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tell me! Aslam, Ghifar, Muzaynah, and Juhaynah (these four tribes) are better than Banu Tamim, Banu Amir, Asad, and Ghatafan. Are the former (four) ruined and destroyed?" Aqra’ said, "Yes!" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By Him in Whose hand is my soul, they are better than them."

Hadith 1465
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The tribe of Aslam and Ghifar and some people from Muzaina and Juhaina—or he said: some people from Juhaina or Muzaina—will be better in the sight of Allah, or he said: on the Day of Resurrection, than Asad, Tamim, Hawazin, and Ghatafan."
