Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that one of his horses ran away. The enemy captured it and took it away. Then, when the Muslims prevailed over the disbelievers, the horse was returned to Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). And one of his slaves (also) ran away. He joined the Romans (disbelievers). When the Muslims prevailed over them, Khalid bin Walid (may Allah be pleased with him), after the death of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), returned that slave to Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them).
