Hadith 1154
´Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that` we drove a rabbit out from its place at the location of Mar al-Zahran, then people ran after it but they became tired, and I managed to overpower it and caught it. Then I brought it to Sayyiduna Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him), he slaughtered it and sent its back or thighs to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), so he (peace and blessings be upon him) accepted it. In another narration, it is mentioned that he (peace and blessings be upon him) ate from it.
