Hadith 1137
Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If a riding animal is held as collateral, it may be ridden in exchange for its maintenance, and if a milking animal is held as collateral, its milk may be drunk in exchange for its maintenance. And whoever rides or drinks its milk must bear its expenses."
