Hadith 1016
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "Ibrahim (peace be upon him) declared Makkah a sanctuary and prayed for blessings for it, and I have declared Madinah a sanctuary just as Ibrahim (peace be upon him) declared Makkah a sanctuary, and I have prayed for blessings in the 'Mudd' and 'Saa'' of Madinah just as Ibrahim (peace be upon him) prayed for Makkah."
