Hadith 998
Sayyiduna Abu Juhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I saw my father, who had bought a slave who practiced cupping, then he broke the cupping instruments of that slave. So I asked him (the reason for this), and he said that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade taking the price of a dog and the price of blood, and he (peace be upon him) also forbade branding and being branded (that is, writing names or making designs with kohl or indigo on the arm, etc.), and from taking and giving usury. And the Prophet (peace be upon him) cursed the image-maker.
