Hadith 996
`Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that` the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The seller and the buyer both have the option (to cancel the deal) as long as they do not separate," or he said, "until they part from each other. If both speak the truth and make clear the defects and qualities (of the goods), then there will be blessing in their transaction. But if they lie and conceal defects, the blessing of their trade will be erased."
