Hadith 969
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that they said: Fasting during the days of Tashreeq was not permitted except for the person who does not have an animal for sacrifice.
