Hadith 945
Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once set out towards Makkah during Ramadan, and he continuously observed fasting until he reached the place of "Kudayd." There, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) broke his fast, so the people also broke their fast.
