Hadith 826
Narrated Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), when performing the first Tawaf, used to walk briskly (raml) for three circuits and walk normally for four circuits, and when performing Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, he would hasten in the dip of the valley.
