Hadith 768
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them): The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) made obligatory the Sadaqat-ul-Fitr, one sa’ of dates or one sa’ of barley, upon every Muslim, male and female, free and slave.
