Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Awfi (may Allah be pleased with him) that it was the noble habit of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) that whenever someone brought his charity to him, he (peace be upon him) would say: "O Allah! Have mercy on the children of so-and-so." So once, my father brought his charity to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! Have mercy on the children of Abu Awfi."
