Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): Dates would start coming to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) as soon as they were harvested. Sometimes this person would come bringing his dates, sometimes that person would come bringing his dates, until heaps of dates would be piled up in front of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). (One day) Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) and Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) began to play with those dates. One of them took a date and put it in his mouth. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saw this and immediately took the date out of his mouth and said: "Do you not know that the family of Muhammad does not eat charity?"
