Hadith 734
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) had written down for their guidance those matters which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had made obligatory regarding Zakat (and it included this statement): That any wealth jointly owned by two partners, after paying Zakat, they should consider it equally divided between themselves.
