Mukhtasar Bukhari

It was asked from Ummul Momineen Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in Ramadan, so she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did not pray more than eleven rak'ahs in Ramadan or outside of Ramadan. (First) he would pray four rak'ahs, so do not ask about their excellence and their length, then after that he would pray another four rak'ahs, so do not ask about their excellence and their length, then after that he would pray three rak'ahs of Witr. Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I said, O Messenger of Allah! Do you sleep before praying Witr? So he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My eyes sleep but my heart does not sleep."
