Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I was helped by the east wind (Bād al-Sabā), and (the people of) ‘Ād were destroyed by the west wind."
