Mukhtasar Bukhari

The hadith of Abdullah bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding Istisqa has already been mentioned. (See the chapter: Description of Istisqa) And in this narration, it is stated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) turned his back towards the people and faced the Qiblah and began to supplicate. After that, he turned his cloak inside out, then he offered two rak'ahs of prayer with us, in which he recited aloud.
