Hadith 482
Sayyiduna Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led the morning prayer at Hudaybiyyah after a night in which it had rained. When he finished the prayer, he turned to the people and said: "Do you know what your Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, has said?" They replied, "Allah and His Messenger know best." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "He has said: 'Some of My servants have become believers in Me, and some have become disbelievers.' Those who said, 'We have been given rain by the grace and mercy of Allah,' such people have believed in Me (i.e., Allah) and disbelieved in the stars (and the like). And those who said, 'We have been given rain because of such-and-such a star,' they have disbelieved in Me (i.e., Allah the Exalted) and believed in the stars."
