Narrated by Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "Be moderate in prostrations, and none of you should spread his forearms (on the ground) like a dog spreads them."
