Hadith 339
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to perform the Asr prayer at a time when the sun was high and bright. Then a person would go to Awali (the outskirts of Madinah) and reach those people at a time when the sun was still high, and some places in Awali are four miles or close to that from Madinah.
