Hadith 317
`Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both)` narrates the hadith about the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entering the Ka'bah, that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered the Ka'bah. I asked Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) (when he came out), "What did the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) do (inside the Ka'bah)?" Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) said that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took one pillar to his left, one pillar to his right, and three pillars behind him, and he prayed, and at that time the Ka'bah was built on six pillars. In another narration (Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, says), he took two pillars to his right.
