Hadith 238
Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I was with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on a journey, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “O Mughirah! Pick up the water container.” So I picked it up. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) walked until he was out of my sight and relieved himself. At that time, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was wearing a Syrian cloak. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) tried to take his hand out from its sleeve, it was tight, so he took his hand out from underneath it. Then I poured water over the noble limbs of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he performed ablution just as he would for prayer, and he wiped over his leather socks, then he prayed.
