Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated from Ummul Momineen Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that none of the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) observed I'tikaf with him except that she was suffering from Istihada (non-menstrual bleeding), and she would see the blood (flowing). So, due to the abundance of blood, she would often place a basin under herself.
