Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated from Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on a journey, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to relieve himself. (When the Prophet returned,) Mughirah began to pour water for him (over his blessed limbs), and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed ablution, that is, he washed his mouth and hands, wiped his head, and wiped over his socks (as well).
