Hadith 110
Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The prayer of a person who has had a hadath is not accepted until he performs ablution." A man from Hadramaut (a city) asked, "O Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him)! What is 'hadath'?" He replied, "The passing of wind, whether with or without sound."
