Hadith 93
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah Almighty prevented the Elephant (the army of elephants) or killing from Makkah, and made His Messenger (peace be upon him) and the believers victorious over them. Be aware, fighting in Makkah was not made lawful for anyone before me, nor will it be made lawful for anyone after me. Be aware, it was made lawful for me for only a short period during the day; be aware, (now) it is forbidden at this time. Its thorny plants should not be cut, its trees should not be felled, and its fallen things should not be picked up except by one who announces it (i.e., who seeks its original owner and returns it to him). And if anyone’s (relative) is killed, he has the choice of one of two options: either he is given blood money or retribution is taken (the killer is handed over to the heirs of the slain).” Meanwhile, a man from the people of Yemen came and said, “O Messenger of Allah! Write (this sermon) for me.” The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “Write it for Abu So-and-so.” Then a man from the Quraysh said, “(O Messenger of Allah!) Except for idhkhir (a type of grass), (please do not prohibit the cutting of idhkhir, as) we use it in our homes and graves.” So the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “(Yes,) except for idhkhir (the prohibition applies to all other things).”

Hadith 94
Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the illness of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) became severe, he said: "Bring me writing materials so that I may write a document for you after which you will never go astray." Sayyiduna Umar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the illness has overwhelmed the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) (his condition is extremely unwell), and since we have the Book of Allah with us, that is sufficient for us. Then the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) differed until there was much commotion, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Get up from me, and what is the matter of causing dispute in my presence?"
