Hadith 44
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever follows the funeral of a Muslim out of faith and seeking reward, and remains with it until the funeral prayer is offered and the burial is completed, he returns with two qirats of reward, and each qirat is like (the mountain of) Uhud. And whoever offers the funeral prayer and returns before the burial, he returns with one qirat of reward.
