Mukhtasar Bukhari

It was asked from Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) how the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to wash his blessed head while in the state of Ihram. So Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub (may Allah be pleased with him), who was taking a bath behind a cloth screen (the narrator says), placed his hand on the cloth and lowered it until I began to see his head. Then he said to a person, "Pour water," so that person poured water on his head. Then he moved his head with both his hands, to the front and to the back. After that, he said, "I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) doing exactly like this."
