Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated from Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that Sa'b bin Jaththamah Al-Laithi (may Allah be pleased with him) presented a wild donkey as a gift to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) while he (peace be upon him) was at the place of Abwa or the place of Waddan, so he (peace be upon him) returned it. Then, when he saw the sadness on his face, he (peace be upon him) said: "We have only returned it because we are in the state of Ihram."
