Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man asked him about Tamattu’ and said that people had forbidden him from it. So Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) instructed him to perform Tamattu’ with peace of mind. The man said, “Then I saw in a dream as if someone was saying to me: ‘Hajj is excellent and ‘Umrah is accepted.’” So I related this dream to Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), and he said, “This is the Sunnah of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), (do it with eagerness).”
