Narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote for them what Allah had commanded His Messenger: that whoever is liable for a one-year-old she-camel in charity and does not have it, but has a two-year-old she-camel, then it will be accepted from him, and the collector of charity will return twenty dirhams or two goats to him. And if he does not have a one-year-old she-camel (nor a two-year-old one, rather) but has a three-year-old camel, then it will be accepted from him and nothing will be given to him along with it.
