Mukhtasar Bukhari

Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said during his illness in which he passed away: “May Allah curse the Jews and the Christians, for they took the graves of their prophets as places of worship.” Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that if this had not been feared, the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would have been made prominent, but I fear that it might also be made into a mosque.
