Mukhtasar Bukhari

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Envy (jealousy) is not permissible except in two (types of) people: (1) The person whom Allah has given wealth and granted him the ability and determination to spend it in the (right) way; (2) The person whom Allah has granted knowledge and wisdom, and he judges (and acts) according to it and teaches it to others.
