What to recite in the two Sunnah rak‘ahs of Fajr.

Narrated from Ummul Momineen Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to perform the two rak'ahs before the Fajr prayer very lightly, to the extent that I would say (in my heart) whether he (peace be upon him) had even recited Umm al-Qur'an (i.e., Surah Al-Fatiha) or not.
