Umm al-Mu'mineen Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) says that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) did not observe any voluntary prayer as regularly as he observed the two rak'ahs (Sunnah) before Fajr.
