Hadith 454

Sayyiduna Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the bowing (ruku‘) of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), his prostration (sajdah), his sitting between the two prostrations, and (the state) when he would raise his head from bowing, were all nearly equal in duration, except for the standing (qiyam) and sitting (qu‘ud), which were longer.
