Mukhtasar Bukhari

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite Surah Al-Fatihah and two other surahs in the first two rak'ahs of Zuhr, and in the last two rak'ahs (only) Umm al-Kitab (i.e., Surah Al-Fatihah). And sometimes he would make us hear a verse, and he would prolong the first rak'ah more than the second, and the same was the case in Asr and likewise in Fajr.
