Looking towards the sky in prayer is not allowed.
Hadith 432

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What is wrong with people that they raise their gaze towards the sky during their prayer?" Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) spoke very sternly about this until he said: "They must stop doing this, or their eyesight will be taken away."
