Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to Makkah, he called for Uthman bin Talha (may Allah be pleased with him). He opened the (Ka'bah's) door, then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Bilal, Usama bin Zaid, and Uthman bin Talha (may Allah be pleased with them all) went inside. After that, the door was closed. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stayed there for a little while, after which everyone came out. Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that I hurried towards the Ka'bah and asked Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him), so he informed me that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had prayed inside the Ka'bah. I asked, "At which place?" He said, "Between the two pillars." Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says, "I missed asking him how much prayer the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had performed."
