Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): He said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “(Allah Almighty says:) I am as My servant thinks of Me, and I am with him when he remembers Me. If he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My heart, and if he remembers Me in a gathering, I also remember him in a gathering (i.e., of angels) better than them. And if he comes near to Me a hand’s span, I go near to him an arm’s length, and if he comes near to Me an arm’s length, I go near to him two arm’s lengths, and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.”
