Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated by Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "There is no (prescribed) practice of Fara’ and ‘Atirah in Islam." Fara’ was the first offspring of a she-camel, which the polytheists used to slaughter in the name of their idols, and ‘Atirah was a kid goat that used to be sacrificed in the first ten days of Rajab."
