Allah’s saying: “Do not be like those who abused Moses, but Allah cleared him...” (Surah Ahzab)
Hadith 1767

Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Moses (peace be upon him) was a very modest man (he was shy and would not bathe in front of others, so people accused him of impotence), and this is mentioned in the verse: 'O you who believe! Be not like those who annoyed Moses (peace be upon him), but Allah cleared him of that which they alleged, and he was honorable in Allah's sight.'” (Al-Ahzab: 69)
