Lady Ruba'i bint Mu'awwidh (may Allah be pleased with her) says: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to me the morning after my wedding (i.e., on the day after the wedding night). Some girls were beating the duff at that time and were praising those of their elders who were martyred on the day of Badr. One of the girls began to say: "Among us is a Prophet (peace be upon him) who knows what will happen tomorrow." So the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not say this, and say what you were saying before."
