Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I have continued to be among the best generations of people (that is, among noble and pure lineages) from (the time of) Adam (peace be upon him) until the generation in which I was born."
