Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A man bought a house from another man. The one who bought it found a pot full of gold in that house. He said to the seller, 'Brother, take your pot, for I bought the house from you, not the gold.' The seller replied, 'I sold you the house and everything in it.' So both of them disputed and went to a third person. He asked, 'Do you have any children?' One said, 'I have a son,' and the other said, 'I have a daughter.' He said, 'Marry the two of them to each other and spend the gold on both of them and also give charity.'"
