Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "(The question that Ibrahim (peace be upon him) asked was not due to doubt. If he had doubted, then) we would have had more reason to doubt than Ibrahim (peace be upon him) when he said: 'O my Lord! Show me how You give life to the dead.' (Allah Almighty) said: 'Do you not believe?' He replied: 'I do believe, but just to satisfy my heart' (which happens by seeing with the eyes). And may Allah have mercy on Lut (peace be upon him), he used to take refuge in a mighty support (i.e., Allah Almighty). And if I had remained in prison for as long as Yusuf (peace be upon him) did, I would have responded immediately to the one who called me (for freedom)."
