Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated by Umm al-Mu'minin Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her): When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned from (the battle of) Khandaq and had put down his weapons and taken a bath, Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to him and there was still dust on his head. Jibreel (peace be upon him) said, "You have put down your weapons, but I have not yet put mine down." So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, "Where to now?" Jibreel (peace be upon him) pointed towards Banu Qurayza and said, "That way." Umm al-Mu'minin (may Allah be pleased with her) says that then (immediately) the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) set out in that direction.
