Mukhtasar Bukhari

Narrated Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever buys date-palm trees after they have been pollinated, their fruits will belong to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever buys a slave and the slave has some property, that property will belong to the seller, unless the buyer has stipulated otherwise.
