Mukhtasar Bukhari

Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says: If it were not for the consideration of the later Muslims, I would have distributed every city that was conquered among its inhabitants, just as Khaybar was distributed by the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
